    . Wendy came into my home buying experience at just the perfect time. I had looked at a few properties on my own and could not find what i was looking for. She had one conversation with me, and it was an immediate connection. Wendy understood exactly what I wanted and began the search. Within a few days she had me the perfect home and we began negotiations with the owner's agent. In less than 2 days we were under contract. She made sure the entire process was clear to me and looked after my interest making sure all of my inspections were done and that I was getting a great buy! I LOVE my new home and I have made a lifelong friend. :)

    Wendy is a great realestate professional. She got to know me and what I needed and wanted. She showed me 2 houses and the second house hit all of my must haves! I am a retired veteran and I can be a little hard to deal with. She is always available for her client and she is very knowledgeable about buying properties. She is also very expedient with dealing with sellers and does it with decorum and personal strength. I didn't worry about any of the details because I knew she was in control. She helped me so far into the process, I wondered if she was buying the house for herself ha ha. She exceeded what I expected. It's hard for me to trust, but I fully trust her and highly recommend her to friends and family.
